The editor includes freehand drawing, eraser, text boxes, text editing, digital signatures, straight lines (solid/dashed/dotted/arrow), area highlights, text highlights, image insertion, pre-built stamps (Approved, Rejected, Draft, Confidential, etc.), clickable hyperlinks, and sticky notes — plus full undo/redo support.
Select the Sign tool in the toolbar. A modal will open where you can draw your signature with a mouse or touch, type it in a handwriting style, or upload an image of your signature. Once created, click anywhere on the PDF page to place it at that exact position.
Yes. Select the Edit Text tool and click on any existing text annotation. The text editor popup will reopen with the current content pre-filled so you can change the text, size, or color.
Click the Image tool in the toolbar, choose an image file from your device, then click the exact spot on the PDF where you want to place it. The image is dropped at your click position. Re-clicking the Image button when an image is pending clears the selection and lets you choose a different image.
The Stamp tool includes: Approved (green), Rejected (red), Draft (orange), Confidential (red), For Review, Void, Received, Paid, and Not Approved. Click a stamp then click the PDF to place it.
Yes. The Line tool supports four styles selectable from a dropdown: solid, dashed, dotted, and arrow. Choose your preferred style before drawing.
