Which generator do you need?

Use the QR Code Generator to turn a link, a note, Wi-Fi details or an email address into a code people can scan with their phone camera. The codes are static, so they never expire and keep working for as long as the link inside them does.

The Barcode Generator makes the striped codes used on products, shelves and parcels, in formats such as Code 128, EAN-13 and UPC. Pick the format your scanner or retailer asks for. When people rather than checkout scanners will do the scanning, a QR code is usually the better choice.

The Invoice Generator builds an invoice, tax invoice, quote or receipt with your logo, tax and discounts, and saves a PDF whose text accounting software can read. The Certificate Generator puts a name, course and date into one of four designs for a print-ready PDF. The ID Card Maker lays out staff, student and visitor badges at the standard card size of 85.6 by 54 mm.

Before you print or send

Scan every QR code and barcode with a phone, or with the scanner that will really read it, before you print a batch. A code that is too small, too pale or squeezed into a corner can fail even when the data is right.

Read the preview closely. A misspelt name on a certificate or a wrong total on an invoice costs far more to fix once it has been printed or sent.

The invoice and ID card tools save your draft on this computer so a refresh doesn't lose your work. On a shared computer, use Delete saved data when you have finished.
