File tools often handle personal, financial, legal, or business information. PilotPDF is designed to complete the task you request without keeping copies of your files.

What we do not keep

• Your original files or completed files.
• Document text, images, form answers, signatures, or passwords.
• Your name or email address simply for using a tool.

Usage information

We use limited analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful and whether a task succeeds. These measurements can include the tool name, file count, general file type, and a broad size range. They do not include file names, file contents, text you enter, or passwords.

Your responsibility after download

Completed files are saved using your device's normal download controls. Store, share, and delete sensitive results carefully, especially on shared computers or phones.
