PilotPDF is actively developed, and real-world feedback drives what gets built and fixed. Whether something broke, something's missing, or you're just curious how the tools work — we read everything.

What to include

• Bug reports: which tool, what you did, what happened, and your browser. Never attach a confidential document — a description is enough.
• Tool requests: what task you were trying to do and what was missing.
• Privacy questions: also see our privacy-by-design explainer, which answers the most common ones.

One thing we can never help with: recovering files or passwords. Your files are processed only on your device and are never sent to us, so we have no copies of anything — that's the point.
