What a student ID card typically includes

• Photo — a recent, clearly lit headshot.

Standard sizing

Student ID cards use the same physical size as a bank card — CR80, 85.6 × 54mm (3.375 × 2.125 in) — so they fit standard lanyard clips, badge reels, and printer trays designed for that format. Anything generated at a different size will look wrong in a standard holder, so this is worth checking before you print a batch.

Step by step
